As the title suggests, these are not your average cupcakes. And they are definitely not something you would find at the grocery store. Each recipe has been tested again and again to bring out the best flavor and to provide you with the best experience. These cupcakes are great to add on to your Custom Cookie Order or other treats to enhance a party or event. Of course, they can be ordered just because. These cupcakes feature a swiss meringue buttercream that is much lighter and fluffier than my normal American buttercream, allowing the flavor to stand out and let the cupcake shine.
Vanilla Cupcakes
This soft, tender cupcake is moist and full of real vanilla. There is nothing basic about this treat. Choose your soft and silky swiss meringue buttercream to top them off. Either vanilla, made from real vanilla, or chocolate made from melted chocolate, no cocoa powder here.
Chocolate Cupcakes
There is no skimping on the chocolate here. This rich, dark cupcake is packed with both melted chocolate and cocoa powder in the batter its self. Even with all that chocolate, it retains a fine, delicate texture. There are two choices of silky swiss meringue buttercream. Either vanilla, made from real vanilla, or chocolate made from melted chocolate, no cocoa powder here.
