Sickness and Pick-up Policy

To ensure the health of all my customers the following policies are now in effect. If you have any questions please contact me at mailonebakersjourney@gmail.com

 

One Baker’s Journey may cancel your order for any of the following reasons:

  • The baker is showing symptoms of a sickness or illness that might be contagious.

  • Someone in the baker’s home is showing symptoms of a sickness or illness that might be contagious.

 

If your order is canceled by One Baker’s Journey, a full refund will be given.

 

Orders may be canceled by the customer due to illness, however:

  • If work has not been started, a full refund will be issued.

  • If work has begun, up to 7 days before the pick-up date, a refund can not be issued, but some items can be frozen for weeks or months.

 

For the time being all orders will be picked up from my front porch to reduce person to person contact. I have a completely covered porch that is monitored by cameras from several points. 

 

For custom order pick-ups, an airtight container will be on the porch with your contents inside for pick-up. The container will be sanitized between each customer. 

 

For pre-orders, all items will be placed in a bag, stapled shut with your name clearly displayed on the front and placed on a table on our porch. Please only touch your bag during pick-up. The table will be sanitized throughout the pick-up hours.

This policy may be subject to change as needed.
