It's time to go back to school! With packing school lunches and sending them off to school, this year at least has a chance of feeling more normal. To help celebrate sending our kids back to school I have some special treats that are great to slip into their lunch box, a special treat after school, or as photo props for the first day of school photos. Since kids will be returning in person this year, I have added several options for teachers and staff as well. As a fun added surprise, these cookies are birthday cake flavored and have rainbow sprinkles mixed into the dough. How can you not have a great day when you have rainbow sprinkles in your cookie?
